Object Not Found Error

How to update your viewer configuration when encountering "Object not found" error.

Sometimes when launching a study into the desktop viewer an Object not found error is encountered.

To remedy this error, a simple settings refresh is needed.

This video walks you through the following steps:

  1. Open User Settings

  2. Navigate to Application Marketplace

  3. Click on the non blue colored viewer option

  4. Click Save

  5. Click on the original viewer selection

  6. Click Save
