Does OmniPACS have Technical Support?

Yes, we offer a general availability guarantee within our Terms of Service but you may require advanced technical support from time to time. Support Units can be purchased from your sales representative for 1 and 5 hour increments and can be used for the following:

  1. Advanced Setup and Configuration

  2. System Integration and Troubleshooting

  3. Advance Viewer and System Training
