If you are having issues uploading data from a CD, USB, or files, verify that you are transmitting DICOM files (.dcm) and not images that have not medical header info e.g. .gif, .jpg, .tiff.
If you are trying to transmit image files not Dicom files the import will not work and you should convert your files or ask your image source provide to provide you with Dicom data.
